Lakeview Equity Partners Invests in CFC Technology
Partnership Will Help Banking Technology Services Firm Grow More Rapidly
Milwaukee, Wisconsin, March 5, 2010--Lakeview Equity Partners, LLC, a Milwaukee-based private equity fund, has announced an investment in CFC Technology Corporation, LLC, Plymouth, Minn., which provides community banks and credit unions with technology consulting services and solutions.

"CFC Technology is viewed as a trusted advisor by its customers," said W. Kent Velde, president of Lakeview Equity Partners. “The company’s ability to provide leadership and expertise in multiple areas of financial technology services, leading with their advisory consulting services, puts them in an excellent position to help customers leverage their technology investments to improve business profitability."

CFC Technology's founders, Bill Ristvedt, president, and Richard Wanke, chief operating officer, will remain owners in the company and will continue to serve as its leaders.

"We are excited about our new partnership with Lakeview Equity Partners.  The organization has extensive experience in the financial services and financial technologies industries.  We are confident that this partnership will help us broaden the service and solution offerings CFC Technology can provide to our customers and ultimately grow our business," said Ristvedt.

Got questions? CFC Technology will get you the answers.
Introducing askcfc.com
January 12, 2010, Plymouth, Minnesota--CFC Technology announced that it launched a new Website, www.asfcfc.com, a place where financial institutions board members, owners, executives and directors can ask questions relating to their operations and technology investments.

Answers will be delivered via email in 48 hours or less by one of CFC Technology's specialists in the areas of check imaging, operations and regulations, and network solutions and services.

"There is so much interplay among all of the parts that make up an institution’s operations," said Bill Ristvedt, president of CFC Technology. "It is a gamble to rely on a limited point-of-view when making decisions. It is important to ask the challenging and in-depth questions upfront."

Historically, the company has guided its finical institution customers to take steps to prevent spending the same technology dollar twice. In the process, the two key phrases heard from customers were  "Gee, I didn’t know about that” and “I didn’t know it could be done like that (to save money, better efficiencies and contribute to bottom line profitability)."

askcfc.com is a logical extension of this capability.

Technical Employment Opportunities
CFC Technology is currently seeking qualified professionals to fill the following positions: Network Engineer; Virtualization Engineer; Service Desk Engineer (HELP Desk); Network Installer; Hosted Solutions Specialist; and Software Training Specialist. Interested candidates can submit their resumes and brief cover letters via email
